Service Scope Notice
Active Flyers is a registered travel concierge agency operating under NCAA Travel Agency guidelines (Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority). We coordinate, facilitate, and manage your air travel experience through our relationships with partner airlines and airport personnel. We do not operate as an airline, nor do we access or operate airline check-in systems directly. All check-in and boarding processes are carried out by airline staff. Our role is to coordinate assisted check-in facilitation, provide airport protocol support, and liaise with airline personnel on your behalf within the scope of a licensed travel agency.

Active Flyers handles everything from finding the best available seat to coordinating your check-in and monitoring your flight live. If something goes wrong, we fix it before you even know there was a problem. You message us once. We handle the rest.
Your concierge is monitoring your flight before you even get to the airport. The moment a delay or cancellation is detected, we begin sourcing the next available flight across our airline partners and coordinate your rebooking. Pro, Executive, and Elite members have priority rebooking access. You get a WhatsApp message with your new options before you have even joined the rebooking queue.
Yes. You can specify the number of passengers in your booking request. Additional passengers are coordinated alongside your own booking. If you travel frequently with a colleague or family member, let your concierge know and they will factor this into your standing travel profile. Corporate members can also add named employees to a centralised team account.
We coordinate bookings across all major Nigerian domestic carriers including Air Peace, Ibom Air, United Nigeria, Green Africa, ValueJet, Rano Air, Overland Airways, and others. We are agnostic on airline selection — we book whichever carrier has the best available option for your route and time. Our goal is always to get you where you need to go on time, not to promote a specific airline.
Standard response time is under 5 minutes during operational hours of 8am to 8pm. Executive and Elite members have extended hours access. For travel disruptions, our team monitors proactively so in many cases we contact you before you contact us. We aim to resolve any disruption within 30 minutes of detection.
On the Active Lite and Pro plans, unused flights expire at the end of your subscription period. The Active Executive plan allows up to 2 flights to roll over per quarter, and the Active Elite plan allows up to 5 flights to roll over annually. If you are regularly not using your full allocation, your concierge will suggest a more suitable plan during your next renewal.
Yes. Active Flyers Limited is duly incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (RC: 9604084) under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020. Our NCAA Travel Agency registration is currently in progress. We operate in full compliance with the Civil Aviation Act 2022 and the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations 2023. You can verify our CAC registration at the CAC portal using our RC number at any time.
We offer a 48-hour full refund guarantee from the time of payment, provided no flights have been used. After 48 hours, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, contact your concierge directly and we will find a solution. Our retention rate matters more to us than keeping a single subscription fee.
